From Referral to Stable Housing

We assess support level, budget, location, and environment to identify the right housing pathway.

We communicate with your team, landlords, and any relevant VA partners to move the referral forward.

Follow Through

We check in at 7 and 30 days post-placement to ensure stability and address any emerging needs.

Is your veteran also navigating behavioral health needs? Our sister program, Safety Net Behavioral Health, may also apply. Both programs are divisions of NSPS and our team can coordinate across both. Submit one referral and flag both needs — we'll handle the routing.
